After getting married I stopped working out and started eating out a lot. I tried to get back on track but it was hard to stay motivated. I would workout and for a couple of days and then lose motivation. There would be large gaps of inactivity between my workout days. This prevented me from making any real progress and feeling like my efforts were useless. I know that consistency is key to improving your fitness but I couldn’t keep my self motivated long enough to see any improvement. I created this chart to track my work outs and give myself a little reward for consistent effort.
Each reward levels gets a little bit better so you have something bigger to look forward to as the days go by. I tried to keep most my rewards free but my last reward is a monetary reward. I chose something that I usually don’t treat myself to. I don’t usually buy new items of clothing often but my reward at the end of the month will be a new item of clothing of my liking.
